The script Cyphor is a Discussion Boards scrpit (professional forum systems).
Cyphor is a configurable Usenet-style theraded forum, which uses PHP4s session capabilities to authenticate users, the MySQL database system to store all its data in, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to configure the "Look and Feel" of the forum. Only registreed users can post messages, registered users are split up into normal users, moderators and admins.
Moderators and admins can delete threads, admins can change borad settings, create new forums.
Also features: URL highlighting, HTML-safe display, email notifications, and really fast steup (setup script). Cookie loign is also supported.
New in 0.19: now includes language files (english, german, spanish, dutch, danish, italian and portuguese).
